Shipping Policy

General Information

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. PeelHeel do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

PeelHeel won’t ship to PO Boxes.

PeelHeel The original Foot File Sticker will be imported to buyer/consignee on behalf of the buyer/consignee. The buyer/consignee authorizes PeelHeel to import PeelHeel The Original Foot File Sticker on his/her behalf. Further, the buyer/consignee agrees PeelHeel may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his/her behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The buyer/consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods, provided it is necessary.

Processing Time

All orders are subject to processing time tat is seperate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfilment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, orders may take up to 1-5 business days to process.

Delivery Claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery 30 days after the date that you had put your order through or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact PeelHeel at info@peelheel.com  within 10 days to file a claim. 

PeelHeel will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

PeelHeel does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. PeelHeel does not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Reserve rights regarding shipping

. PeelHeel can not grant a refund if your item is in transit.

. PeelHeel will not be responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete address, it will cause significant delays. These orders are non-refundable.

. For re-delivery of any returned orders due to incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the buyer/customer/consignee is responsible for additional shipping charges to the corrected address.

. PeelHeel reserves the right amend and change their shipping policy at any time.

COVID-19 shipping updates

PeelHeel strive to get your products to you as soon as possible. Please take into account COVID-19 shipping delays when ordering as there may be delays to your delivery which is out of PeelHeel’s control.

Important Notice:

This Shipping Policy will be available only in English in all our multi-language websites and will be considered as “read and accepted” once the buyer/customer/consignee placed an order regardless the language of the website that she/he ordered.
